Manage To-Dos

From the To-dos dashboard, you can perform basic administrative tasks on your to-dos.

To manage to-dos:

  1. In the Navigation panel, click Projects.
  2. On the Projects dashboard, click a project, and click the To-do tab.
  3. On the To-do dashboard, right-click an item and choose from the following actions:
    OptionDescription
    Edit Select this option to update any of the fields in your to-do.
    Update Status Select this option to change the status of your to-do:
    • Not Started
    • In Progress
    • Completed
    Delete Select this option to remove the to-do from ConceptShare.
    CAUTION: This action cannot be undone.
    To select multiple items, select the check box to the left of each item, and click Menu from the main toolbar. Select the action that you want to apply to the selected to-dos.
