Features
  • Review feedback is only visible from within the context of the review.
  • A Help menu has been added to offer in-app support for end users. Users can access links to the ConceptShare online help, the Deltek Customer Care website, and Release Notes. The version number can also be accessed through this menu.
  • Settings: A Review Roles menu has been added to create and manage review roles.
  • Administration: You now have the option to use any of the four pre-configured review roles (Approver, Commenter, Reviewer, and Viewer), which you can also customize.
  • Administration: You now have the option to create review roles.
  • Reviews: When adding participants to a review, you can now assign different review roles to each user.
Enhancements
  • Reviews: Review Roles will control what type of response is needed per resource in a review, replacing the drop-down that set the entire review type as Approval or Feedback.
  • Reviews: "External Reviewers" have been renamed to "Guest Reviewers".
  • Reviews: A Review Role column has been added to the Participants pane of the New Review dialog box.
  • Reviews: When creating a review, the option to isolate feedback has been removed. Feedback isolation is now mandatory in all reviews.
  • Reviews: Two auto approval drop-down options ("All Approvers Have Approved" and "All Responses Are Submitted") have replaced "If Everyone Approves".
  • Proofing Workspace: The Review Info side panel has been added to display the review details such as review instructions, due date, and review status.
  • Proofing Workspace: The Reviews side panel has been replaced with Responses to more accurately describe the actions that users can perform in it.
  • Administration: You now manage comment-related permissions in the Review Roles menu. These were previously managed in the Project Roles menu.
  • Administration: You now manage the review notification preferences in the Review Roles menu. These were previously managed in the Account Roles menu.
  • Help Menu: The Help link has been added to access the ConceptShare online help.
  • Help Menu: The Support link has been added to access the Customer Care website.
  • Help Menu: The Release Notes link has been added.
  • Help Menu: The version number has been added.
  • Instance integrators have the ability to define link destinations for Help, Support, and Release Notes of the Help menu. Submit a ticket to request the necessary changes.
  • Instance administrators (for segregated/single-tenant instances only) have the option to hide the entire Help menu. Contact customer support to make the necessary changes. Submit a ticket to request the necessary changes.

Bugs
  • Admin Panel: Users could not log into the Administration panel.
  • Admin Panel: Deleting a partner key did not remove it from the list. Users had to refresh the page to see the changes.
  • Administration: Default Navigation Page (user setting) did not work.
  • Administration: Instance Settings - LocNotFound - Maint. Retention
  • API: Resource management - Review members were not added as Project members by default.
  • Asset: Asset was blurry once uploaded.
  • Assets: Naming convention was inconsistent. The review dialog used the full file name while the assets page used file name minus the extension.
  • Assets: Versioning multiple assets in review caused SQL deadlocks.
  • Authentication: Logging in using Internet Explorer returned a console error.
  • Authentication: Users could only partially log in after the login screen had timed out.
  • Deliverables: Users were denied access to deliverables.
  • Feedback: @ mentioning the same users multiple times in a comment failed to save.
  • Mobile: Activity Feed failed to load when assets were versioned in a migrated account.
  • Mobile: Responses in a review with multiple assets were not saved.
  • Notifications: The check mark indicating that a reviewer has submitted a response did not display in the notification email.
  • Notifications: Support Link blocks off data used for release communications.
  • Proofing Workspace: ConceptShare returned the message that the user role has changed.
  • Projects: Users could not create a new project when the status of the project owner's account was Inactive.
  • Proofing Workspace: When using comment pins in documents, the comment position was incorrect with page switching.
  • Proofing Workspace: When comparing assets, a new asset was loaded even there was unsaved feedback on the current asset.
  • Proofing Workspace: New comment pins were not displayed.
  • Proofing Workspace: When using the Text Selection Tool (Replace, Delete, and Underline), the last line was not highlighted when selecting multiple lines.
  • Resources: tblProjectMember records were missing for some users in reviews.
  • Resources: Unable to add, edit, or delete a team after navigating away from and back to the Resources page.
  • Review Dialog: OK button tooltip did not update correctly.
  • Review Roles: Accounts with users that have no default project role failed to migrate.
  • Reviews: When using the Asset Explorer, clicking on an asset version removes it from the review context.
  • Reviews: Typing a backslash ( / ) in the Name/Code field of the Review dialog box caused console errors.
  • Reviews: Review Role switch was not enabled when account list was large.
  • Reviews: Submitting responses for one of the reviews in a multi-asset review failed.
  • Reviews: The option to Approve/Reject was still presented even though the asset had been globally approved.
  • Reviews: "Globally Rejected" displayed instead of "Globally Complete" for reviews with the Auto Approval Rule option enabled.
  • Reviews: Guest reviewers could add comments to reviews.
  • Reviews: Users added via side-by-side integration did not have any review role.
  • Reviews: Responses panel displayed incorrect review role.
  • Reviews: reviewRoleId was not being required for AddUpdateReview.
  • Reviews: When navigating to the Review Roles page, users were redirected to the Project Roles page, and the Review Roles Account menu was missing.
  • Reviews: Submit responses option was presented after global approve/reject confirmation.
  • Settings: Text was misaligned on the login screen when users have a long user name.
  • Smart Folders: Sort By Due Date option did not sort the reviews properly.
  • Workflow: Users could not create reviews.
  • Workflow: The Review Comments Only option was displayed.
  • Workflow: Review auto-approvals were not using the migrated ones.
