How Do I Unlock My Account?

Account lockout is a security feature that ConceptShare enables after several incorrect login attempts. The system returns the message "User Locked Out." ConceptShare automatically unlocks the account after a period of time, which is determined by your account administrator.

To unlock your ConceptShare account:

  1. Wait until the lockout period passed.
    Note: ConceptShare does not send you a notification when the lockout time expires. Contact your administrator for more information.
  2. Go to your account login page and enter your login credentials.
