How Do I Contact the ConceptShare Support Team?

You can contact the ConceptShare support team to submit an enhancement request, ask a question, or report a technical issue.

Before you can submit a request through the portal, you must already have your Deltek credentials.

To contact the ConceptShare support team:

  1. Using any browser, go to the Deltek Support Center.
  2. On the Deltek Support Center login page, enter your Deltek Customer Care User ID and Password, and click Login.
  3. From the homepage, click Submit a Case.
  4. In the Select Product field, select ConceptShare.
  5. In the Environment field, choose from the following:
    • Production
    • Test
    • Development
  6. In the Severity Level field, choose from the following:
    • S4 - General
    • S3 - Elevated
    • S2 - Critical
    • S1 - Mission Critical
  7. In the Issue Type field, choose from the following:
    • Technical
    • Application
  8. In the Summary field, provide a brief description of the issue.
  9. In the Detail field, provide a detailed description of the issue.
    Option Description

    For support queries

    Indicate the following details:
    • The URL in question


    • The browser you are using

      Example: Internet Explorer 10, Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari

    • Your Role in ConceptShare

      Example: Project Manager, Reviewer, Administrator

    • A screenshot of the error, if applicable
    • A summary of the issue

    For enhancement ideas

    Indicate the following details:
    • The item that you want to be improved
    • Your role
    • The value of the suggested improvement to you
  10. In the CC field, enter the email address of one or more individuals whom you want to receive email notifications.
    Note: Click the question mark for each field for more information.
  11. Click Continue....
  12. You can also choose from the following contact options:
    • Initiate a Chat
    • Call with Support
      Note: This option is for new cases only.
