Edit / Version a Review in Jira

You can edit or version an asset within a ConceptShare review in Jira. ConceptShare notifies the reviewers that updated versions have been uploaded to the review and require their responses.

To edit and/or version a review in JIRA:

1. Log into your Jira account.
2. Navigate to the Issue Card associated with the review that you want to edit.
3. Under ConceptShare Review, click Configure to open the Review Builder.
   For information about fields and options, see Review Builder.
4. To version an asset, drag the latest version of the asset onto the thumbnail of the old version.
   Alternatively, click the asset thumbnail, and click Version Asset to browse the file with which you want to version.
5. To delete an asset, click the asset thumbnail, and click Remove .
   Note: Deleting an asset deletes all previous versions of that asset, feedback, and responses.
6. Click Save Changes.
