Delete Account Resources

You can delete a resource from your account when the user has completed the assigned tasks (if a freelancer) or when the user has left your organization (if an employee). Deleting resources in ConceptShare permanently removes them from all projects and reviews and prevents them from logging into the account but does not delete any asset they uploaded, or comments they added to reviews.

To delete a resource from a ConceptShare account:

1. Log into your account.
2. At the top right corner of your screen, click the Gear Wheel > Resources.
3. On the Resources dashboard, right-click the thumbnail of the user that you want to remove, and select Remove from Account.
4. When prompted for confirmation, click Yes.

You cannot undo this action. ConceptShare assigns any item owned by the removed user to the Master ConceptShare Account Owner. If you only want to temporarily make a user inactive, see Deactivate an Account Resource
