Create a To-Do

Create to-dos to assign tasks to members of your team. To-dos can be created for both projects and deliverables. However, this topic discusses how to create to-dos for projects.

To create a to-do:

  1. In the Navigation panel, click Projects.
  2. On the Projects dashboard, click a project, and click the To-do tab.
  3. On the To-dos dashboard, click Add .
  4. In the Add To-do dialog box, enter a name for the to-do and choose an assignee. To add custom settings to your to-do, click More Options. For information about the fields and options, see Add To-Do Dialog Box.
  5. Click Save.
ConceptShare sends an email notification with a link to the to-do to the assignee or team. The to-do will appear on the assignee's Work screen. For more information, see Work Screen.
