Administration
If you are an administrator, an IT administrator/integrator, a people manager, or an on-premises administrator, you can customize the different instance-, account-, and project-level settings in ConceptShare.
Your tasks vary depending on your role. This section provides you with links to tasks your role typically performs as well as links to related information.
Note: This list is neither exhaustive nor restrictive and only includes some of the most common tasks you might perform according to your role.
Administrator
The account administrator has access to a variety of settings for a ConceptShare account. Account Administrators can customize the branding, permissions, and other settings for a ConceptShare account.

IT Administrator/Integrator
The IT administrator ensures that security requirements are fulfilled. IT administrators also set up and manage integrations and single sign-on options.

People Manager

- Account Settings
Account settings are the basic configuration decisions you make on your ConceptShare account. If you are an account administrator, these settings allow you to control settings such as the date and time format and password refresh frequency. Setting these values correctly ensures that the default usability settings are established as you create new users. - Resources
A resource is a user within your ConceptShare account. If you are an account administrator, the permissions you assign to users will determine what they can see and do within the account. - Branding
Branding your ConceptShare account helps to visually associate it with your organization. This helps reinforce your brand for employees, external clients, and agencies. - Smart Folders
Smart Folders are pre-configured searches that enable you to access items in ConceptShare based on preset search criteria. They display in the Navigation Panel. - Account Roles
Your account role defines what you can and cannot do within a ConceptShare account. ConceptShare allows you to assign a user one account role, which controls the user's permissions. Depending on your permissions, you can create new roles to provide a high level of control over access to your ConceptShare account. - Project Roles
Your project role defines what you can and cannot do within a project. It controls functions such as adding, editing, or removing users assigned to a project; uploading and editing assets contained in a project; and creating or participating in reviews contained within a project. - Review Roles
Review roles define what you can and cannot do within a review. It determines what action you need to take, what permissions you have, and what notifications you receive. - Project Templates
Use project templates to quickly create projects without the need to enter repetitive data. - Custom Forms
Custom Forms enable you to gather data that is important to your organization as you create or edit work items. Data can be gathered from Date fields, Text fields, or lists. If you are an administrator, you can create custom forms for projects, assets, deliverables, reviews, and to-dos. Custom forms are available in the Enterprise Edition of ConceptShare. - Statuses, Phases, and Phase Groups
Projects, deliverables, and assets have a defined life cycle. Statuses and phases help you identify at which point in the life cycle these items are at any given time. - Feedback Flags
Feedback flags enable you to categorize the feedback submitted in the Proofing Workspace. You can apply filters to feedback flags to focus on information that is relevant to you. If you are an account administrator, you can customize feedback flags to align with your organization's needs. - Feedback Flag Resolutions
Use feedback flag resolutions to indicate a response to flagged comments within the Proofing Workspace. - Workflow Templates (Deprecated Function)
Your workflow templates establish an order of operations that can be activated for projects or deliverables when those items are created. A workflow will automate common actions to offer time savings in managing your projects. - Account Workflow (Deprecated Function)
Use account workflow to monitor the progression of workflows in your account across all projects and deliverables. - Project Settings: Workflow Management (Deprecated Function)
Use workflow management to track the progress of the automation within a project or deliverable. - Account Callbacks
Use account callbacks to enable communication between ConceptShare and your system/s via an Application Programming Interface (API). APIs let your systems know when events happen within ConceptShare. - SAML Settings
Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) provides a way for your users to use a single login to access both your organization's internal systems and ConceptShare. - Account Usage
View account usage information such as storage capacity and user utilization. - On-Premises Administration
