When viewing time entries, users were able to view entries for other employees created in ComputerEase if the pay type is Nontax, Other, or bonus pay types.

New Features and Enhancements
This section describes the new features and enhancements included in this release.
Field Lookup Updates
The following changes have been made when creating time, expense, or field log equipment entries:
- When performing an equipment search, any equipment that is not assigned a selectable equipment code is no longer displayed.
- When performing a job search, any job that is not assigned a selectable phase and category is no longer displayed. Note that T&M jobs will always be displayed.
- When performing a phase search, any phase that is not assigned a selectable category is no longer displayed.

Job Locations Updates
The following changes have been made to enhance the creation of job location boundaries in ComputerEase Field:
- Draw: This option has been added under the Job Locations screen. This enables you to specify the job boundary on the satellite map by using points to draw the perimeter of the job boundary. Any shape can be drawn using an unlimited number of points. The boundary has to be closed and needs to be a minimum of 300 feet.
- The maximum radius for a job's location has been increased to 4,000 feet when using a location point and radius.

Support for Non-taxable and Other Entries
Entries with Non-taxable or Other pay types can now be created in ComputerEase Field. Changes to various screens have been made to support this enhancement.
The following changes have been made to the Time Entry screen:
- Pay Type: This field has been updated to include Nontax and Other as additional options.
- Amount: This is a new field that replaces the Hours field if the selected pay type is Nontax or Other.
- Cost Type: This is a new field that is displayed if the selected pay type is Nontax or Other and if a job is selected for the time entry.
- If the pay type is edited from an amount pay type to hours pay type and vice-versa, a warning message is displayed, giving you the option to keep or delete the amount or hours saved.
The following changes have been made to the Sign screen:
- Nontax and Other: These are now displayed on the Day, Job, and Employees tab if there are existing amounts for the pay types.
- Total Amount: This is a new field on the Summary screen that is the total of all Nontax and Other pay amounts for included entries. This is displayed if the user has entries with amounts picked up to be signed.
- Total Hours: This is field on the Summary screen that is the total hours for the pay period.
The following changes have been made to the Approvals screen:
- Total Amount: This is displayed in the By Job summary row if the job has at least one Nontax or Other pay type. This is the total amount of Nontax and Other entries. For smaller screens, this is displayed at the top of the screen.
- Nontax: This column is displayed in the By Job and By Employees views if there is at least one entry with Nontax pay type.
- Other: This column is displayed in the By Job and By Employees views if there is at least one entry with Other pay type.
- Total Amount: A second Total column is displayed in the By Job and By Employees views if there is at least one entry with Nontax or Other pay type. This is the total amount of Nontax and Other entries. For smaller screens, this is displayed as a row in each card.

Support for Work Location
The Work Location field has been added to the Time Entry screen. This field is only available to users whose access group has the Show Work Location option selected.

Time and My Employees Updates
The following changes have been made to improve the user experience in the Time and My Employees screens:
- The filters you set in the Time and My Employees screens are saved. These filters are still available when you return to these screens.
- When signing time entries, the time entries for the selected period are displayed. Signed entries are also automatically updated to show that they have been signed.
- On the Time > My Employees screen, the Search Employees field has been added. This field performs a real-time filter of the My Employees list based on the first name, last name, or employee code entered in the field. The search filters entered persist even if you move to different sections of the application.
- On the Time > My Employees screen, the Filters button has been added. This button enables you to set the sort order of the My Employees list and apply additional filters. These additional filters are the following: Show Only My Entries, Hide Employees Without Time.

Time Approval Updates
The following change has been made to enhance the time approval experience in ComputerEase Field:
- On the Approvals > By Job screen, the View All Hours button has been added. This button has also been enhanced to enable you to view all hours for any status except rejected for an employee.
The following changes have been made to individual time entries listed when viewing entries on the Approvals screen:
- Start and end times are displayed if these are available.
- Workers class is displayed if the option to show workers class is enabled.
- Employee code and name are removed from the time entry cards when displaying the entries by employee through the drill down.
The following changes have been made to the mobile application and smaller screens:
- On the Approvals > By Job screen, the View Options button has been added. This enables you to change the display between employee name and employee code in the cards.
- On the Approvals > By Employee screen, the employee name is now displayed.
- The user interface and color scheme of the mobile application's Approvals screen has been updated for a consistent visual experience.

Worker Class Field Updates
The following changes have been made to the Worker Class field in the Time Entry screen:
- The worker class field is now filtered by union based on the selected employee's union.
- The worker class codes are now displayed with the worker class names.
- The union workers classes are now included in the list and worker classes are grouped by union, if applicable.

When viewing all hours as an approver in large screens, cells that have all been approved appear to be selected and not all hours are shown in the summary display entries of the View Entries screen.

When viewing the details of time entries with signed status and then clicking the back arrow to return to the Approvals screen, approving the time entry caused a null exception wherein the time entry could not be submitted or cancelled for approval.

When loading more than a week of data through the filter of the Approvals screen, the scroll bar stopped working.
