Bill & Pay Duplicate Payments Error

Defect 1909038: When you completed a specific payment process related to Bill & Pay, duplicate payments appeared in Bill & Pay.

A duplicate payment happened when you did the following:

• When you received payment from a payer from Bill & Pay without an invoice, an ON ACCT payment was created in ComputerEase.
• When you applied the ON ACCT payment from Bill & Pay to an invoice, the payment appeared to be duplicated.
