Update the Cobra Configuration Files to Use HTTPS

You must update the Cobra configuration files on the Cobra n-tier server and workstations to use HTTPS.

Make a backup copy of the files before making any changes to them. This will be used to revert the files in case of any issues or if you want to return to using the default Cobra n-tier setup.
