Save and Share View
The save and share feature of Cobra allows you to save the selections for columns and their order, filters, sorts, Show Project Totals option, Show Summary Time-phase option, Show Assignments option, and resource results to a named view.
Each user can save a view, which can be accessed in of the View group on the Edit tab. The newly added view is available across all projects.
Cobra is shipped with a <Default> view, which has no owner or access rights.
When you select a view, Cobra loads the selected columns, their order, and the filter and sort selections in the Spreadsheet pane of the Project view. It also loads the selections for the Show Project Totals option, the Show Summary Time-phase option, the Show Assignments option, and resource results on the Edit tab.
The current view selection is saved by the user for each project. When the same user opens the project, Cobra uses the last selected view.
