Open Status Tab of the Project Properties Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to see who is currently using a Cobra project without accessing EPM Security Administrator or PPM Administrator.

You can secure access to this dialog box using EPM Security Administrator or PPM Administrator.

Contents

Field	Description
User ID	This column displays the ID of each user with the project open in Cobra Explorer.
Machine ID	This column displays the ID of each machine where the Cobra project is open.
Opened On	This column displays the date and time when each user accessed a Cobra project.
User Name (Phone)	This column displays the name and phone number of each user from EPM Security Administrator or PPM Administrator.
