Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Save and Load Page of the Integration Wizard

Use this page to save the options you selected while running the Integration process.

These options are saved as a configuration in the database. You can use this configuration for future data imports.

Field Description
Load data now? Select this checkbox to run the integration immediately based on the options selected with the wizard. This option can be selected whether the configuration is saved or not.
Save your configuration? Select this checkbox if you want to save the options you selected while running the Integration Wizard. This option is enabled only if you have security rights to create configurations.
Configuration Name Use this field to enter a name for the configuration. The name can be up to 59 characters long.
Note: If you enter a name similar to an existing shared configuration, you will be prompted to save the configuration as personal which cannot be shared with anyone.

Multiple users can have personal configurations with same name, but only one of those configurations can be shared with anyone.

Description Use this field to enter information about the new configuration.
