Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Save As Dialog Box (Projects)

Use this dialog box to save a copy of a project using a different project name.

Field Description
Name Use this field to enter a name for the new project. You cannot use an existing project name in this field.
Description Use this field to enter a description for the new project.
Copy Project Data Select this option to copy the data in the current project into the new project that you are creating.
Copy Calendar Select this option to copy the calendar of the current project into the new project that you are creating.
