You can enable users to access a rate file using the Access Control page of the New Rate File Wizard or the Access Control tab of the Rate File Properties dialog box.
To enable a user to access the rate file:

On the Access Control tab of the Rate File Properties dialog box, click
New.
Cobra adds a new row to the grid.

In the
User field, click
.

In the Users lookup dialog box, select a user, and click
Select to add that user to the grid.
You can also double-click a user ID to add that user to the grid.

In the
Role field, click
.

In the Roles Lookup dialog box, select a role, and click
Select to assign that role to the user you selected.
You can also double-click a role to add that role to the grid.

Select the
Read Only option if you want to provide the user with read-only access to the rate file.
Note: You can assign a user or a group to a rate file in a row within the grid, but you cannot assign both.
