Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

View the Job Status in PM Compass

After you have submitted your process, you can view the process status in PM Compass.

To view the job status in PM Compass:

  1. Log into PM Compass as SYSADMIN or any user with access to the Process server.
  2. On the Navigation menu, click Administration > Process Server > Process Queue Manager.
  3. Select the Cobra queue in the Queue drop-down.
    PM Compass refreshes the Queue Processes grid.
  4. If needed, click Refresh Queue List to refresh the grid.
