Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Shortcut Menu

Right-click the Resources pane to display the available commands and options that you can use in this pane.

Option Description

Open

Click this option to open the selected resource file.

New Resource File

Click this option to launch the New Resource File wizard, on which you specify a filename, description, and other basic information to create a new resource file.

Delete

Click this option to delete the selected resource file.

Rename

Click this option to display the Rename dialog box, which you use to change the name of the selected resources file.

Copy

Click this option to create a copy of the selected resource file and store copied information on the clipboard.

Paste

Click this option to paste copied information.

Find

Click this option to display the Find dialog box.

Properties

Click this option to display the Resource File Properties dialog box for the selected resource file.
