Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Shortcut Menu

Right-click the Batch Reports pane to display the available commands and option that you can use in this pane.

Batch Reports Grid

Option Description

Add

Click this option to display the Add Batch Report dialog box, which you use to create a batch report.

Copy

Click this option to display the Copy Batch Report dialog box, which you use to copy a batch report.

Edit

Click this option to display the Edit Batch Report dialog box, which you use to edit the selected batch report.

Delete

Click this option to delete the selected batch report.

Run

Click this option to run the batch report process.

Find

Click this option to display the Find dialog box.

Copy

Click this option to create a copy of the selected report and store the copied information on the clipboard.

Paste

Click this option to paste copied information.

Find

Click this option to display the Find dialog box.
