Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Set Threshold Values for a Code

Use the Thresholds tab of the Code view to set the threshold values for a code or child code.

You can only set threshold values in this pane if you defined the code file to have thresholds on the Code File Properties dialog box or on the Thresholds page of the New Code File wizard.

To set threshold values for a code, complete the following steps:

  1. Display the Code view.
  2. In the Codes grid, select a code or child code.
  3. Click the Thresholds tab to display the Thresholds tabbed pane.
  4. Enter the appropriate threshold values in the available fields in the Schedule Variance and Cost Variance group boxes.
  5. Click on the Quick Access Toolbar to save the threshold values.
