Use this page to limit the data to be imported.

Field	Description
Criteria	Select one of the following options from the drop-down list: Total Project: This is the default selection. <Control Account Prompt>: Use this option to import only selected control accounts. This is based on the system configuration setting. <Work Package Prompt>: Use this option to import only selected work packages. This is based on the system configuration setting. Note: If you select <Control Account Prompt>or <Work Package Prompt>, the Selection field is enabled.
Selection	Click to select a schedule field mapped as a control account or work package field on the Schedule Mapping page. You can also select one of the following options: <All>: Select this option to retrieve all accounts. <Multiple Selections>: This option displays when you select multiple values from the lookup.
Delete only items that satisfy the selection criteria	Select this check box to delete only the items from Cobra that meet the criteria selected. This option displays only when you import data into an existing project. If your Cobra database contains multiple single projects loaded through the Integration Wizard, and a single project is being loaded, Cobra will only consider deleting items that are not in the schedule if the code field contains the name of the project being loaded. You can either enter the project name specifically in the Equals field, or you can enter the project name generically by using the reserved value <ProjectName>. This option considers the deletion filter on the Change Control page and deletes items accordingly.
Load only schedule activities that do not exist in Cobra	Select this check box to import only new data and to ignore any existing data so that previously imported data remains the same. You cannot select both the Load only schedule activities that do not exist in Cobra and Load only data for Control Accounts that already exist in Cobra check boxes at the same time.
Load only data for Control Accounts that already exist in Cobra	Select this check box to import only data previously imported and to ignore any new schedule information. You cannot select both the Load only schedule activities that do not exist in Cobra and Load only data for Control Accounts that already exist in Cobra check boxes at the same time.
Filter activities loaded from the schedule (for Open Plan and Primavera only)	Select this check box to filter data from the schedule and import only a specific portion of the schedule based on a code on the activities. Selecting this check box enables the Schedule code field and Code value fields.
Schedule code field	Click to select a code file.
Code value	Click to select a value assigned to the activities from the selected schedule code field. If you select multiple values, <Multiple selections> is displayed in the field.
