Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use this page to define the structures you want to use when exporting data.

Field Description
WBS

Select a code prompt of the control account from the drop-down list.

OBS

Select a code prompt of the control account from the drop-down list.

Export Level

Select one of the following options for exporting data:

  • Level 3 — Select this option if you want to export data summarized at the third level of the code file. If there is a control account associated with a second or first level code of the structure, performance data is exported at that level. Summarized data is generated to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Control Account — Select this option if you want to export data at the control account level. This level of information is used by a CAM to analyze this data in other applications.
  • Work Package — Select this option if you want to export data at the work package level. If actual costs are collected at the work package level and the work package ID is a code of the WBS (for example, the WP and CA1 key fields are validated against the same code file), then Format 2 is exported at the control account level.

    The Work Package option is enabled only if there is a structure validating the work package key and if actual costs are at the work package level.
