Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Data Import — Ancillary Data

Use the Integration wizard to import ancillary data such as codes, resource structures, resource calculations, rates, calendars, and holidays from files.

To easily create an import file for the ancillary data you want to import into Cobra, you can generate the corresponding export report to see a sample CSV file for import. The only accepted file formats are CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv) and Microsoft Excel Workbook (*.xlsx; *.xls). Cobra supports only Microsoft Excel 97 or later. Using an ancillary data file created in any other version of Excel results in an error.

If you save the data as a CSV file, you can select the File contains a header row check box on the Ancillary File Field Mapper page and just import the file.
