  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Set up the PM Compass Process Server on the Dedicated Cobra Concurrency Machine using a New Machine

If you want to use a new machine as your dedicated Cobra Concurrency machine, you must perform a PM Compass installation and select a deployment option that includes the Web/Application/Process server. The Web/Application component is required to configure Weblink on this dedicated machine.

To set up the PM Compass Process Server on the dedicated Cobra Concurrency machine using a new machine:

  1. Perform a PM Compass installation and select a deployment option that includes the Web/Application/Process server.
    Attention: For detailed instructions on how to install PM Compass, see the "Installation Steps (PM Compass New Installs)" and the "Installation Steps (PM Compass Upgrades)" sections of the Deltek PM Compass Installation Guide.
  2. Launch the PM Compass installer.
    The installation wizard installs all necessary files.
  3. Complete the pages of the installation wizard.
  4. Launch the Deltek Cobra Integration for PM Compass installer file to run the application.
    The installation wizard installs all necessary files.

  5. Complete the pages of the installation wizard.
