Process Logs Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to filter, view, or delete process log files. You can also use the Process Log viewer to view the logs that are saved in the database.
Logs are generated and saved during processing for multiple features such as advance calendar and integration wizard.

Field | Description |

Project |
Enter the name of the project or click to select the project whose process log files you want to view. Note: If you do not select a project, the log files for the selected process will be displayed for all projects. In addition, if you do not select a project, the grid displays the SQL Command logs.

Process |
Select a process whose log files you want to view. Select one of the options below from the drop-down list. If you do not select a process, all process logs for the selected project will be displayed in the grid.
Note: If you do not select a process, the grid displays all process logs for the selected project.
If you select the SQL Command process, the Project field is cleared. If you select Batch API, the Batch Start Time field becomes enabled. |
Show all users |
By default, the list of process logs is filtered to display the processes that you ran. If you are a SYSADMIN user or a member of the SYSADMIN group, you can view all process logs for all users. If you are a non-SYSADMIN user, you can only view the logs for processes run on projects that you have at least read access. |

Click this button to display the records in the grid. |
Process Log Grid |
The grid displays the following information:
Note: Click the header column to sort the records by that field.

View Log |
Select a process log you want to view from the grid and click this button to view the log file. Note: You can also view a log file by double-clicking the log file in the grid.

Delete |
Select a process log you want to delete from the grid and click this button to delete the process log. You can select multiple process logs by pressing the CTRL or SHIFT key while clicking. A message confirming the deletion displays. Click Yes to proceed with the deletion. Note: You can select multiple process logs by pressing the CTRL or SHIFT key while clicking.
Only the project owner, process owner or member of the SYSADMIN group can delete a log file. If you own a project, you can delete any log file related to the project you own. |
