Cobra Button

The Cobra button provides you with tools for managing your projects and their data.

Command	Description
New	Click this command to display the New File dialog box, on which you specify a filename, description, and other basic information to create a new Cobra file.
Open	Click this command to display the Open File dialog box, which you use to open an existing file.
Save	Click this command to save the currently selected file. This command is only enabled if the file has been changed.
Save As	Click this command to display the Save As dialog box, which you use to save a file using a different file name. This command is only enabled if the file is open.
Manage	Backup — Click this command to display the Backup dialog box, which you use to back up projects and ancillary files. Restore — Click this command to display the Restore utility. Owner and Access Rights — Click this command to display the Change Ownership and Access Rights dialog box.
Login	Click this command to display the Cobra Login dialog box, which you use to log on to Cobra using a different account.
Change Password	Click this command to display the Change Password dialog box, which you use to change your password. This command is disabled if Windows Authentication is turned on.
Help	Deltek Cobra Help — Click this command to launch the Cobra Help System. About Deltek Cobra — Click this command to displays the About Deltek Cobra dialog box, which provides information about Cobra. Deltek Customer Care — Click this command to launch the Deltek's e-support page: http://support.deltek.com.
Preferences	User — Click this command to display the User Preferences dialog box, which you use to set user-specific settings that affect various features in Cobra. Application — Click this command to display the Application Preferences dialog box, which you use to define application settings.
Recent Files	Click this command to display the most recently opened files.
