Fields Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to select a field that you can use in the field expression.

The Fields dialog box only displays NUMERIC columns that belong to the selected table in the Applies to Table drop-down list on the Calculated Field Expression dialog box. You can only select one field at a time.

Location

To display the Fields dialog box, complete the following steps:

1. In the Custom Fields group on the Tools tab, click Calculated Fields.
2. Click New.
3. On the New Calculated Field dialog box, enter the name of the field and click OK.
4. On the Calculated Field Expression dialog box, click Fields.
