Apportionment Dialog Box

Use the Apportionment dialog box to create budget, earned value, and forecast for work that is based on other work.

Start the apportionment set up process by selecting a project for apportionment.

Location

To select a project for apportionment, complete the following steps:

1. Launch the Apportionment Mapping utility by completing one of the following actions:

   • In the Process group on the Processes tab, click Apportionment > Mapping.

   • In the Cobra Explorer, select the Projects group bar, right-click the Projects pane, and click Apportionment > Mapping on the shortcut menu.

2. On the Apportionment dialog box, click in the Project field.
3. On the Project Lookup dialog box, select a project, and click Select.
4. Click OK.
