Projects Cost Hist.

Use this screen to display summary variance information for sub-tasks below the level of project selected in the Navigation. The columns include Total Variance and Funding and variances for each of the last 7 accounting periods.

You can click on a Project ID to display tasks at the 2nd level below the selected project. Clicking opens the Burdened Cost Breakdown (Performance and Variance) (P.P.A.3) screen that displays variance details for the selected project. Only projects you have access to will be displayed. You can select the All Sub-Tasks checkbox to display all tasks under the current project level selected. If EACs are created for the projects, You can opt to display a summary based on the current EAC information by selecting either Budget or EAC option buttons. You can sort the report by Labor, Materials, Travel, etc.
