This screen displays Organizational Expenses in a P&L format summarized at the Org level selected in the Navigation page. The report in this screen presents history in a way that allows managers to recognize trends throughout the year.
The report initially shows a summary of revenue and expenses by major sub-total and minor sub-total. Clicking the minor sub-total line displays the expenses totals by GL Account.
You can filter the report to show all accounts or opt to view the report per quarter.
Compare this reports with Profit and Loss By Organization (C.O.P.1) report. C.O.P.1 allows you to see which Org./OBS units at the next level down in the structure have contributed to the various financial line items of the P&L report.
