This screen displays up to 12 periods of variances by Account ID. If you click the + icons next to the Account ID, the report drills down to show the budget and actual information.
You can opt to display either the direct non-labor or indirect non-labor by selecting either the Direct or Indirect option buttons. Columns include YTD Variance and the total paid amount for each period in the selected fiscal year. Further, the Budget/Outlook/AOP drop-down list allows you to select either the base budget or the latest updated forecasts.
