Budgeting & Planning includes a user function to record information about funding changes not yet part of the distributed Performance Measurement Baseline, yet substantive enough in terms of their impact on Earned Value to warrant inclusion as Reprogramming Adjustments.
In the case where Cost and/or Schedule Variance thresholds have been compromised, you will be required to input corrective action details into a CPR5 input function to support CPR5 reporting. CPR5 input and reporting is supported at all rollup levels.
This data is reported as pending changes to funding that will soon be incorporated into a new version of the budget. The information you input here shows up on CPR1 and CPR2 in columns 12a, 12b, and 13.
