from Scratch.Use this screen to clone an existing proposal budget to create an alternate
proposal or to create a proposal from scratch. To clone an existing proposal,

Project ID you want to use. Budgeting & Planning assigns an incremental
version number for you. You can edit the Start and Stop dates by either
entering a date manually or by clicking then selecting
a date from the calendar that displays. You can Create
a Proposal from Scratch in this screen by clicking Create
