Configuration Settings

This screen is only accessible to Super Administrators only.

Use this screen to view or modify configuration settings.

The configuration settings are divided into the following functional areas:

The settings available to you in the Configuration Settings screen rarely need to be modified and should be changed only after careful consideration or upon the advice of a either a Customer Care representative or Deltek Global Services consultant.

To view and update the Configuration Settings in Budgeting & Planning, complete the following steps:

  1. Log into Budgeting & Planning as the Super ADMIN user.

  2. Under the Administration context, click General Settings » Configuration Settings (M.A.M.10) to display the Configuration Settings screen.

  3. Click + next to the functional area you want to expand. The settings for that area display.

  4. Modify field values as needed.

  5. Click Update to save your change.

You need to either manually run the refresh process or complete the automatic nightly data refresh to apply the changes you have saved upon the next user log in.
