Use this screen to assign organization reporting level rights to other users whose user security settings do not already establish such authority. This screen is similar to Add Project Manager (Budget Development) (B.P.M.2) screen, but in this screen, You must select a project first in the Navigation. Then you can select which employees are going to be allowed access to a specific project by selecting the check box next to their name in the Select column.
