Select a Trended Rate Display Option

Capture Analytics offers two basic options for displaying bid rates and win rates in the Bid Rate Trended chart and the Win Rate Trended chart:

Based on the count: the number of bid and no-bid opportunities or won and lost opportunities
Based on the pipeline amounts for bid and no-bid opportunities or won and lost opportunities

Rate Calculation Based on Count

If you elect to display rates based on count, Capture Analytics displays rates that are calculated as follows:

Bid rate — Number of bid opportunities ÷ (Number of bid opportunities + Number of no-bid opportunities)
Win rate — Number of won opportunities ÷ (Number of won opportunities + Number of lost opportunities)

Rate Calculation Based on Opportunity Pipeline Amounts

If you elect to display rates based on the opportunity pipeline amounts, Capture Analytics displays rates that are calculated as follows:

Bid rate — Pipeline amount for bid opportunities ÷ (Pipeline amount for bid opportunities + Pipeline amount for no-bid opportunities.)
Win rate — Pipeline amount for won opportunities ÷ (Pipeline amount for won opportunities + Pipeline amount for lost opportunities.)

Select Count under Display Trended Rates Based On to display bid and win rates calculated based on the number of bid and no-bid opportunities or won and lost opportunities.

Or

Select Amount under Display Trended Rates Based On to display bid and win rates calculated based on the pipeline amounts for bid and no-bid opportunities or won and lost opportunities.
