Use Cycle Icons

A cycle icon () in a filter list, a chart, or a table column indicates that you have multiple sets of options to choose from for filtering or grouping data.

For example, in the Org filter lists in CFO Dashboards, you can use the cycle icon to display and select from a list of organizations for each organizational level. Thus, if your organizational structure has four levels, you could cycle through four lists, one for each organizational level.

To use a cycle icon to change the list of filter or grouping options, complete the following step:

Do either of the following:

• Click  one or more times until the list from which you want to select filter or grouping values is displayed.
• Right-click and select the list you want from the drop-down menu.
