Accept an Invitation to Join a Shared Session
If you have access to the Costpoint Analytics server, your coworkers can invite you to share a CFO Dashboards session. All of those sharing the session can interact with the dashboards, and all others in the session immediately see the results of that interaction on their laptop or mobile device.
Prerequisite: To share a CFO Dashboards session, you must have access to the Costpoint Analytics server but need not be licensed to use Costpoint Analytics.
To accept an invitation to join a shared CFO Dashboards session, complete the following steps:
- Click the link in the email invitation to the shared session.
- Click Join Session.
- When you are ready to leave the session, click Session joined on the toolbar and click Leave Session.
