Use the rich text editing dialog box to enter or review a comment, note, or description when you want a larger text entry/viewing area or when you want to apply formatting to the text. When the
icon displays near a comment, note, or description field, the rich text editing dialog box is available for entering or viewing the text for that field. Click
to open the dialog box.

Enter the text of the comment, note, or description. Click
to display or hide the toolbars that provide editing and formatting options:
- Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough
- Numbered lists
- Bulleted lists
- Text indent, alignment, and direction
- Formatting styles
- Paragraph formats
- Font types and sizes
- Text color and background color
- Paste as plain text
- Remove formatting

Save, Cancel, and Close

Click
Save to close the dialog box and display the text in the
iAccess comment, note, or description field. (To actually save the text to the database, you may also have to save the record of which the comment, note, or description field is a part.)
Click
Cancel to close the dialog box and discard any text entries or formatting changes you made in that dialog box.
If the comment, note, or description is not editable, a
Close button displays in place of
Save and
Cancel.
