Change a Saved Report
If you create a saved report and later need to make changes to it, the procedure is nearly the same as when you originally created the report.
To change a saved a report, complete the following steps:
- In the workspace in which the report is located, click to go to the Reporting area.
- In the Find saved report field at the top of the Reporting area, select the saved report that you want to change.

If necessary, do any or all of the following:
- Click the currently displayed search name above the upper-left corner of the report and select a different standard or custom search.
- Click and use the Report Settings dialog box to change the columns included in the report, the order of the columns, and how the report rows are grouped.
- Click above the upper-right corner of the report and apply column filters.
- Click a column heading to sort the report based on values in that column.
- Click Rename Report next to the Find saved report field to change the report name.
- When the report displays the correct data in the format that you want, click on the Reporting toolbar.
- Select Save on the menu.
