The My Touchpoints list enables you to efficiently scan your upcoming touchpoints.
By default, the list displays the pending touchpoints and other scheduled activities assigned to you, with the one scheduled soonest at the top and those further in the future below. You can also view your past touchpoints and activities for the last six months.

Field | Description |
DATE

This column displays the touchpoint date.
To display additional information about the touchpoint, click the date. The tooltip displays the date that the touchpoint was created, and the name, title, phone numbers, and email address of the employee the touchpoint is assigned to.

CONTACT (OPPORTUNITY)

This column displays the name of the contact for the touchpoint and, if the touchpoint is linked to an opportunity, the opportunity name below the contact name.
Click the contact name to display a tooltip containing contact information: job title, location, phone numbers, and email address. Click
More in the tooltip to display the full contact record on a separate browser tab.

NOTES

This column displays any additional information that has been entered for the touchpoint.

See older touchpoints

To see touchpoints with dates in the six months prior to the current date, click
See older touchpoints at the top of the grid.
The older touchpoints display above the currently scheduled touchpoints in the list. Scroll up to move from the most recent to the oldest touchpoints.
If you display older touchpoints and then leave the Dashboard area, the My Touchpoints list resets to display only your upcoming touchpoints when you return to the Dashboard area.
