Activities in Ajera CRM and in iAccess

Using the Code Table Maintenance form in Ajera CRM (Configuration > General > Code Tables), you can set up any number of activity types. Your employees then use those activity types to track and classify activity related to opportunities, clients, vendors, and contacts by entering the individual activities on the Activities tab in the Opportunities, Clients, Vendors, and Contacts Info Centers. In iAccess, on the other hand, you can only enter two types of activities: milestones (for opportunities only) and touchpoints (for opportunities, companies, and contacts).

However, if you enter other types of activities in Ajera CRM for an opportunity, for example, all of those activities display in the Touchpoints grid for that opportunity in iAccess. The same is true for activities that you enter for clients, vendors, or contacts in Ajera CRM. In addition, you can edit those activities in iAccess and create Kona tasks for them.
