Set Up Integration with Kona Business

To implement Kona integration with iAccess, obtain your Kona Business client ID and client secret and enter them on the Miscellaneous tab of the General System Settlings form in Ajera CRM (Configuration > General > System Settings).

To set up integration with Kona Business, complete the following steps:
  1. Go to the Kona Web site at www.kona.com and log on. To obtain your Kona Business client ID and client secret, you must log on as an account administrator for the Kona Business account.
  2. Click Accounts in the left sidebar.
  3. Click your Kona Business account.
  4. Click Edit Account in the upper-right corner of the page.
  5. On the Integration & Import tab, click Add application.
  6. In Application Name, enter iAccess.
  7. In Redirect URL, enter https://www.kona.com/api/token.
  8. Click Done.
  9. Leaving Kona open, log on to Ajera CRM.
  10. Go to Configuration > General > System Settings, and click the Miscellaneous tab.
  11. On the Edit Account dialog box in Kona, locate the iAccess application you added, copy the contents of Client ID and paste it into the Kona Account Key field on the Miscellaneous tab in Ajera CRM.
  12. On the Edit Account dialog box in Kona, copy the contents of Client secret and paste it into the Kona Account Secret field on the Miscellaneous tab in Ajera CRM.
  13. Click Save on the General System Settings form in Ajera CRM.
