You can send a link to a specific record in
iAccess (an opportunity, for example) to a co-worker, and that person can use the link to go directly to that record.
Create the Link
To create the link, display the record and copy the URL from the Web address field at the top of your browser window into the email, instant message, or document that you are sending to your co-worker.
Use the Link
To use the link, the recipient of the email or document clicks the link. If she is already logged in to
iAccess, the record displays on a separate browser tab. If she is not logged in when she clicks the link, the
iAccess login page displays. After she logs in,
iAccess displays the record.
Prerequisite
The person who receives and uses the link must be set up as an employee and user in
Ajera CRM. Any access restrictions defined for the user's security role apply when he accesses data using a link.
