View an Archived Report
To display or print an archived report, you select it on the Archived Reports tab in Reporting.
Ajera CRM saves each archived report the number of hours you specify when you create the archived copy.
Prerequisites: The option to archive reports is only available if you are using the Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition of Microsoft SQL Server. If you use a different version of SQL Server, the Reporting form does not have a Create Report Archive option or an Archived Reports tab.
To view an archived report, complete the following steps:
- From the Ajera CRM Navigation menu, click Reporting and click the type of report.
- Click the Archived Reports tab.
- Select the report in the Report Archives grid.
- Preview the report on your computer's screen.
