Project Reports Overview

Use the project reports to review and analyze data related to your company's projects. The reports offer extensive options for filtering the data and for controlling the level of detail.

  • CRM Project Summary
    The CRM Project Summary report displays data for all project-related fields in the Info Center. The report can include user-defined fields. The data is grouped into default sections, and you can also create user-defined sections.
  • Project Audit
    The Project Audit report shows the user IDs and dates for each update, delete, and insert action performed on records in the Project Info Center. If a project record is deleted, the name of the project is blank wherever that project is listed on the report.
  • Project Audit Detail
    The Project Audit Detail report shows original and new column values for each update, delete, and insert action performed on records in the Project Info Center. If a project record is deleted, the name of the project is blank wherever that project is listed on the report.
  • Project List
    The Project List provides a listing of your projects from the Project Info Center.
  • Project Template Audit
    The Project Template Audit report displays Ajera CRM user IDs and dates for each update, delete, and insert action performed on project template records.
  • Project Template Audit Detail
    The Project Template Audit Detail report displays original and new column values for each update, delete, and insert action performed on project template records.
