Procedures
While the options available vary from one report to another, the basic procedures for working with options are similar across report types.

- Create Folders for Saved Options and Searches
When you save a set of reporting options or save a search, you can simultaneously create a folder in which to store it. To do that, enter the path and folder name in the Folder Name field. - Save a Set of Options (Save Personal Only)
If the Favorites Organizing security setting for your role is Save Personal Only, you can save sets of options for your own use. However, you cannot make sets of options available to other users who share your security role, and you cannot create, rename, or delete global sets of options. - Save a Set of Options (Save for My Role)

If the Favorites Organizing security setting for your role is Save for All Roles, you can save sets of options for your own use, save sets of options to be shared with co-workers who are assigned your security role, and save global sets of options to be shared with all Reporting users. - Use a Set of Saved Options
If you select a set of saved options for a report on the Options dialog box, Ajera CRM applies those saved settings when it generates the report. - Modify a Set of Saved Options
If your security role gives you the required access, you can change the options for a set of saved options. - Rename a Set of Saved Options
If your security role gives you the required access, you can change the name of a set of saved options. - Set Personal Default Options for Reports
You can select a set of saved options to use as your personal defaults for a report. Personal default options for a report take precedence over global default options set for your security role or for the entire company. - Restore Default Options for Reports
When you restore default options for a report, Ajera CRM resets all the options on the options tabs to the default settings. - Delete a Set of Saved Options
If your security role gives you the required access, you can delete a set of saved options.
