Ajera Totals Tab

If you synchronize Ajera CRM with Ajera (Ajera version 8.09 and later), project total amounts from Ajera display on this tab in the Project Info Center.

The totals on this tab are calculated amounts that you see in Ajera in the Project Command Center, in inquiries and reports, and on your dashboard.

This tab also displays in Project Defaults Configuration and Project Templates Configuration in Configuration > General. You can ignore the tab in these locations. In Project Defaults Configuration, all the fields on the tab are intentionally disabled. in Project Templates Configuration, all the fields on the tab are intentionally disabled except for the My Newest Amount field. If you enter anything in this field, it will be overwritten when Ajera CRM is synchronized with Ajera.

Field Description
Spent - Total This field displays the total amount of time and expense spent on the project at the billing rates.
Spent - Labor This field displays the amount of labor performed on the project at the billing rates.
Spent - Reimbursable This field displays the amount of reimbursable expenses incurred on the project at the billing rates.
Spent - Consultant This field displays the amount of consultant work performed on the project at the billing rates.
Cost - Total This field displays the cost amount of the project. This does not include any markups.
Cost - Labor This field displays the cost amount of the labor for the project.
Cost - Reimbursable This field displays the cost amount of the reimbursable expenses for the project.
Cost - Consultant This field displays the cost amount of the consultants for the project.
WIP - Total This field displays the total amount of work-in-progress associated with the project.
WIP - Labor This field displays the amount of work-in-progress for labor for the project.
WIP - Reimbursable This field displays the amount of work-in-progress for reimbursable expenses for the project.
WIP - Consultant This field displays the amount of work-in-progress for consultant costs for the project.
Billed - Total This field displays the total amount billed to the client for the project.
Billed - Labor This field displays the amount of labor billed to the client for the project.
Billed - Reimbursable This field displays the amount of reimbursable expenses billed to the client for the project.
Billed - Consultant This field displays the amount of consultant costs billed to the client for the project.
Received - Total This field displays the total amount of client receipts entered for the project.
Received - Labor This field displays the amount of client receipts entered for labor for the project.
Received - Reimbursable This field displays the amount of client receipts entered for reimbursable expenses for the project.
Received - Consultant This field displays the amount of client receipts entered for consultant costs for the project.
