Info Center Basics and Searches
If you are new to Ajera CRM and the Info Centers, review the basics before you create and work with records for your employees, projects, contacts, and so on.
In any Info Center, you can add new records. When you specify an identifier for the new record, Ajera CRM checks the database for existing records with the same name. If any exist, Ajera CRM displays the Potential Duplicate Records Found dialog box.
