Print the Activity Summary Report
The Activity Summary report displays a summary of selected activities that you scheduled or completed. Use the Activity Summary report to review activity start and end times, locations, subjects, attendees, and more.
To print the Activity Summary Report, complete the following steps:
- From the Ajera CRM Navigation menu, click .

On the Activity Manager form, complete one of the following actions:
Option Description To print an Activity Summary report for a single activity Click the activity in the Activities grid to select it. On the toolbar, click Print, and then click Print Current. To print an Activity Summary report for all the activities that display in the Activities grid On the Activities Filter dialog box, select the activities that you want to print. Then click Print and click Print All. - On the Reports tab of the Activity Reporting dialog box, click the Options field in the Activity Summary row.

- On the Activity Summary Options dialog box, specify report options or use the Options field to select a set of saved options.
- Click Apply.
- On the Activity Reporting dialog box, use toolbar options to preview, print, schedule, email, or download the report.
